Josh Toub

Josh Toub is a seasoned technology executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling enterprise software companies. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Iodine Software, where he helped guide the company through significant growth and its acquisition by Waystar, while overseeing operations, security, and compliance. Earlier in his career, Josh held senior leadership roles at Blue Fish Development Group, Convergys, and other technology firms, leading complex teams and large-scale software initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.
Beyond his professional work, Josh is deeply connected to Olympic Valley. He serves on the Board of Friends of Olympic Valley and is an active member of the community. His children attend Creekside Charter School at the base of Palisades Tahoe and participate in Team Palisades Tahoe, giving him a personal stake in the Valley’s long-term vitality. Josh is committed to supporting thoughtful, community-centered development that ensures Olympic Valley remains a livable and thriving place for future generations.
