What will this support?
Your investment will enable essential steps—land acquisition due diligence and option payments, legal, and the following:

Maintain control of the land, a critical step in bringing Project Olympic to life.

Partner with a non-profit consultant (The Blueprint Collective) to assist with launching the Olympic Valley Foundation and fundraising to purchase the land.

Engage an architect (JKAE) to lead community charrettes, develop a master plan, and hire third-party engineers, consultants, and land surveyors to determine development feasibility.
These are critical actions to ensure this once-in-a-generation opportunity becomes a reality.
