Project Olympic is a community-driven initiative led by the Olympic Valley Foundation, aiming to blend housing, education, innovation, and community spaces to ensure a sustainable future for Olympic Valley.

We have the land under contract, but to ensure this vision becomes a reality, we must purchase it by the end of this year. Without donor support, these parcels could be lost to for-profit developers who could build high-end residential or hotel towers, changing the fabric of Olympic Valley forever. To take the next critical step, we are seeking donors to launch the Olympic Valley Foundation, which will be the driving force behind Project Olympic and future community projects and initiatives.

The project will be funded through a combination of philanthropic, public, and private contributions. These funds will help bring the vision to life and benefit the community long-term.

Project Olympic will be located in Olympic Valley, including areas currently occupied by Olympic Bootworks and the Post Office.

We are in escrow to acquire strategically located parcels. Seed funding ensures we can complete planning, design, and land acquisition without delay.

Architectural planning, preliminary engineering, master plan for the land, capital campaign planning, gym design, legal fees, and land acquisition.

We need to raise an additional $200,000 by January 30th and $1M by next fall to maintain momentum on top of the $200k+ already raised to date.

Tax benefits, visibility through press and events, and, most importantly, the opportunity to catalyze regional collaboration and community building.

Project Olympic is moving in lockstep with Palisades Tahoe’s Village planning and development, creating synergy and shared success for the valley.

Your support de-risks the project, demonstrates community buy-in, and attracts additional funding.

If we don’t raise the $200k by Jan 15th, the properties will be released to the market, but we will continue advancing Project Olympic and pursuing long-term community solutions

Based on initial underwriting models, Project Olympic is expected to be financially self-sustaining through rental income from on-site businesses and tenants, generating positive net cash flow that covers operating and maintenance costs and will be invested in future mission-aligned initiatives, reducing reliance on ongoing philanthropic support once fully operational.
