Adam has spent his career at the intersection of mountain development, hospitality, and sports innovation. He began in land development and executive roles, including leadership at South Peak Resort and mentorship as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Turner Construction, where he helped grow construction technology startups. As Managing Partner at Osorno Capital, Adam is dedicated to creating sustainable and affordable communities in mountain regions, working closely with local partners, policymakers, and stakeholders to solve complex development challenges.
As the Co-Founder of the Olympic Valley Foundation, Adam brings this experience back to the community he calls home. Through the Foundation, he works to preserve the legacy of Olympic Valley while creating new opportunities in housing, athletics, education, and community spaces. By blending professional expertise with a personal commitment to the mountains, Adam seeks to build environments where individuals, families, and future generations can thrive.
