Daniel Fraiman

Daniel is the owner and president of Daniel Fraiman Construction, a company specializing in luxury custom homes and commercial projects throughout the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee region. He began his career managing projects for Hayhoe Construction Corporation and Jim Morrison Construction, gaining hands-on experience in every phase of construction, from remodels to large-scale developments. With over two decades of experience, Daniel has developed a broad network of relationships in the local construction and real estate communities and is known for his diligence, integrity, and keen eye for detail.



Through his work, Daniel has completed signature projects including the Martis Camp Lodge, Family Barn, Tennis Pavilion, and the Springs Pavilion, along with dozens of custom homes in Martis Camp, Lahonton, Squaw Valley, and the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. Living in Truckee, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and engaging with the local community, bringing the same passion and precision to his work that he values in his personal life.
