Meagan Nichols is a seasoned real assets investor and strategic advisor with extensive experience in real estate, private equity, and capital markets. She has held senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Cambridge Associates, and Eastborough Partners, overseeing global real assets investment portfolios ranging from hundreds of millions to over $30 billion. Meagan has led large teams, driven strategic research on real asset industry trends, and regularly presents at top industry conferences. Her work has been recognized internationally, including being named Real Assets Investment Consultant of the Year, and she has built a reputation for her analytical rigor, thoughtful leadership, and commitment to long-term value creation.

In addition to her professional achievements, Meagan has dedicated herself to supporting the Tahoe community through her work with the Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation (PTCF), where she currently serves as President and Board Chair. Her leadership has helped the foundation provide scholarships, mentorship, and academic support to hundreds of student-athletes in the region.
